I'm so excited to welcome you to Alpha Delta Pi at the University of San Diego! My name is Alexis Ogtong, and I am this year's Recruitment and Marketing Vice President.  In this position, I am blessed to be able to share the passion and strength of our sisterhood as I have experienced it during my time in Alpha Delta Pi.  Within our chapter, I've been lucky enough to find my best friends, and my hope is that by joining our sisterhood, and the Panhellenic community, you can too.  

 

Choosing Alpha Delta Pi has given me so much more than I could have ever imagined.  Not only did I gain over one hundred new sisters overnight, but I have also made genuine, lasting connections with every single woman in my chapter.  We all challenge each other to be the best versions of ourselves and pull one another up when we're down. They inspire me to be bold and to take chances, and they have given me a lifetime of memories. They say that you can be sisters by chance but friends by choice, and I didn't know how true that statement was until I found my home in Alpha Delta Pi.

 

As a Potential New Member, Alpha Delta Pi wants you to feel welcome in our sisterhood, and to know that we are always willing to answer any questions you may have. We are constantly striving to embody the four points represented in our symbol, the diamond: scholarship, service, self and sisterhood. So, we hope that you can continue our legacy here at USD of aiming to be well-balanced women who uphold the values we hold dear to our hearts.  

 

To get to know us better, find us all throughout campus tabling in our Greek letters or just hanging around! We urge everyone to come out to support our chapter's two main philanthropies, Diamond Heist in the spring and the Run for Ronald 5K in the fall, both benefitting our national philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

 

On behalf of the Zeta Pi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, we can't wait to meet you! We encourage all women to experience the Recruitment process for themselves, and we wish you all the best in finding a sisterhood like what we have found in Alpha Delta Pi.
